Q. Can an order be placed outside the uk?

A. If you are not in the UK you will need to e-mail us first with your requirements and we will do our very best to contact you with relevant costs.

Q. Do you take all credit/debit cards?

A. We take all major credit/debit cards except American Express.

Q. Can my order be tracked?

A. Yes, if you require information on the status of your order and the approximate delivery date then please e-mail us at eshop@goldenfinishes.com with your order number and we will send you that information as soon as possible.

Q. Are my credit card details safe?

A. We have gone to great lengths to make sure this site is safe and secure so that customers can buy straight from the site itself.

Q. Will i see a picture of my logo before production begins?

A. Yes, we will send you a visual representation of your garment to review and approve before your order goes to production.

Q. What type of artwork will I need to send?

A. You can send your artwork in a Dst, Emb, Jpeg, Eps, Ai files

Q. Will personal information be shared with other companies?

A. No, your information will only be used by us and any 3rd parties who are involved in processing your order, for example our courier service. For more information please see our Terms and Conditions of our site.

Q. How long will my order take?

A. We try our best to deliver your garments within 7-10 working days after the order is taken. If you require them for a specific date please let us know and we will try our very best to meet your deadline. We welcome you to e-mail us at any time while your order is pending to track the estimated delivery date.

Q. Can a sample of clothing be seen before ordering?

A. If you would like to see any of the garments before ordering, please e-mail eshop@goldenfinishes.com with your request and our sales team will contact you regarding your query and send the appropriate garment. We do charge for samples, however we will refund the amount once they are returned or deduct the amount from any order placed. We request that samples be returned within 2 weeks.

Q. Can an order be cancelled once placed?

A. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If we have already picked supplier there will be a 10% re-stocking fee taken from the amount we refund to you.

Q. Is the colour accurate on the website for the garments?

A. We have tried to reproduce the colours as closely as possible to the actual fabric colour, however due to different computer settings the colour may not be exactly as per the garment colour. If you require a specific colour please enter the information in the special instructions section, which we will then deduct from the cost of your order. Golden Finishes cannot give refunds for reasons of garment colours after the garments have been branded with your logo.

Q. What if the garment doesn't fit?

A. Each product comes with a size guide, this is usually the relevant size ( in inches ) in relation to S M L XL etc... please check sizes carefully as Golden Finishes do not accept liability for goods that do not fit. If you require advice please call our sales team on 02920 755733
